Psalms 70 meditation

I write psalm ascribed by David.

this is paslms 70 and one of the second book consisted of the next 31 Psalms (42–72).

1. God Please hurry to my rescue! God, come quickly to my side!

-Hasten(헤이슨), O God, to save me; O Lord, come quickly to help me.

 

2. Those who are out to get me - let them fall all over themselves. Those who relish my downfall - send them down a blind alley.

-May those who seek my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace.

 

3. Give them a taste of their won medicine, those gossips off clucking their tongues.

- May those who say to me, "Aha! Aha!" turn back because of their shame.

 

4. Let those on the hunt for you sing and celebrate. Let all who love your saving way say over and over, "God is mighty!"

- But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation always say, "Let God be exalted!" (이ㅅㄱ졸틷)

 

5. But I've lost it. I'm wasted. God - quickly, quickly! Quick to my side, quick to may rescue! God, don't lose a minute.

-Yet I am poor and needy; come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; O LORD, do not delay.

 

 

This psalms give me comfort. this passges express my mind very well.

especially David was shouted God hurry up, Lord come quickly to me, do not delay.

it is that I really want to talk to God.

I know God is doing the best things for me.

and I am sure God is knowing my mind that I want to have something resulted by God right now.

but I feel stiffling. (스따이플링)

sometimes I am worried.

so I talk to God continually "God hurry up. have pity on me."

 

Thinking this way, these days my troble is weak. David was in seriously life-threatening situations.

I don't know exactly but I guess this psalms is ascribed on time that samul was seeking to kill David.

so, I can thank to God. becasue i am in weak situation.

 

and David is famous as a faith man. I thought David never talked to God "hurry up". he believe in God surely. and in those that God is doing for him.

but David also talked God, do not delay, come quickly to me.

so, I can be free to say like that hurry up.

 

evidencely I belive is God is alive, God is doing right now these day for someone who call to God. So I am now becoming steadier little by little.
